Arlington Care Center A rehab and skilled nursing facility offering premier services to the Newark community. Arlington has been a staple in the community since 1978.

We have had multiple generations of staff and residents through the years. Arlington has passionate caregivers that are dedicated to our residents. Arlington is a resident-centered facility committed to fulfilling the health needs of the community it serves. It is large enough to have all the services you need, yet small enough to care with that personal touch that makes all the difference. We are

a facility with a dynamic team of licensed nurses, certified aides and knowledgeable staff. Arlington has an exceptional therapy department which is very successful in rehabilitating residents to their best potential. We treat residents, families, employees, and community members with dignity, respect, courtesy and kindness. We maintain the highest standards for clinical and service quality, commit to continually improving the organization, our knowledge and skills. Last month, we had the pleasure of celebrating our amazing Social Services Director, Brandy, for Social Work Month! 😊✨

Brandy has been a valued part of Arlington since February 2021, starting as our receptionist and working her way up to Social Services Director—what an incredible journey! Her favorite part about working at Arlington is our amazing team, and we’re so lucky to have her as part of it. 💖

Outside of work, Brandy enjoys gardening, birdwatching, and listening to audiobooks—no wonder she brings such a calm and caring presence to everything she does! 🌷🐦📚

🌟 Congratulations to our February employee of the month, Gerald! 🌟

Gerald has worked here a little over 3 years, and got his start in housekeeping before becoming a CNA. He hopes one day to transition to nursing and will be getting his LPN soon. One of his favorite things about working at Arlington is the attentive and kind management staff. He feels having a good management really makes Arlington a fun place to work!

In his free time, you might find Gerald at the gym working out and lifting weights. He describes himself as a cool-headed and focused guy, and we would agree! Thank you Gerald for being you, taking such good care of our residents, and making Arlington a better place! ✨💙
