On Tuesday, November 18th at 6:30 at the Louis L.Redding City County Building in Wilmington, New Castle County Council will be voting on the Ordinance (Substitute No.2 to 25-101).

We will be hosting a Teach-In beforehand to help draft comments and answer any lingering questions before the meeting.
