Recognizing American Heart Month by wearing RED to raise awareness about heart disease and support heart health in our communities.
Heart disease remains one of the leading causes of death in the United States, but many risk factors can be prevented or managed through healthy lifestyle choices. Raising awareness helps individuals understand the importance of regular checkups, healthy eating, physical activity, and knowing their numbers.

❤️ We come together to
• Raise awareness about heart disease prevention
• Encourage regular blood pressure and cholesterol screenings
• Promote heart healthy eating and physical activity
• Support individuals and families affected by heart disease
• Empower our community to take steps toward better cardiovascular health
