Time for a Facebook check in I think. And best to post a few things that have resonated with me over the last few weeks. There has been a lot of tumult in the past few years, and I think it's mostly been in an effort to heal deep, ancestral, repetitive, patterned behaviors. But in the end, we only have our singular selves that can draw the lines, make the changes, advocate for our intuitions. I don't really forsee things getting easier from here, so start now with gentle inner dialogue, setting healthy boundaries, practicing heart rate elevating movement, clean food, moderated vices, and spending more time in your community making eye contact, helping those in need, letting go of the tit for tat model of existing and go hug a tree. That's where everything magical exists and the rest is fodder (inferior and readily available material, which I double checked the meaning and that nails it on the head.) Needless to say we are still here, in our 20th year on West Park Place, holding down our mellow, grounded corner of the earth. Take a deep breath, it's time for moonlight, fires, rest and slowing down as the darkness descends and the temperatures drop. It's nature, baby. πππ₯ π - Jennifer
