Hello friends!
Holidays are approaching so I wanted to give some clarity this year to gift card sales... 🌲

Jamie is suspending her gift card availability for the time being, she is fully booked and is managing her schedule very deliberately.

I will be selling gift cards to be received by existing clients only, and through an edited version of referral with the ONE CAVEAT that payment be in CASH only. 🤗🌲 That requires a stop into the office for an old fashioned hand shake and a smile. Thank you for your understanding, we continue to hold down the corner of our universe with intuition, skill and years upon years of experience. If you have been here or have sent someone over, we are **genuinely*grateful!** ❤️ Stay grounded, be present, it usually doesn't matter anyway, you are enough, you're better than you think. Lead with softness, forgiveness, surrender to the flow, eat your vegetables, help someone out, just accept that difficult person, you can't change them. Love love love.

Time for a Facebook check in I think. And best to post a few things that have resonated with me over the last few weeks. There has been a lot of tumult in the past few years, and I think it's mostly been in an effort to heal deep, ancestral, repetitive, patterned behaviors. But in the end, we only have our singular selves that can draw the lines, make the changes, advocate for our intuitions. I don't really forsee things getting easier from here, so start now with gentle inner dialogue, setting healthy boundaries, practicing heart rate elevating movement, clean food, moderated vices, and spending more time in your community making eye contact, helping those in need, letting go of the tit for tat model of existing and go hug a tree. That's where everything magical exists and the rest is fodder (inferior and readily available material, which I double checked the meaning and that nails it on the head.) Needless to say we are still here, in our 20th year on West Park Place, holding down our mellow, grounded corner of the earth. Take a deep breath, it's time for moonlight, fires, rest and slowing down as the darkness descends and the temperatures drop. It's nature, baby. 🍁🌙🔥 💜 - Jennifer

Omg what day/month/year is it! 😝 We're not the greatest at businessy things - the social media, no online booking. Gift cards are analog and you have to come pick them up. It's all a deliberate effort to stay grounded, to be grounded. What we ARE doing BEAUTIFULLY, is showing up for as many people as we can. Our beloved clients. We are thankful for you. All of the referrals, the drive bys, the curious, those in need, in pain, over stressed. We are by far the most experienced two therapists in town and we are doing our best to bring forth your best. So, consider this a hello, a howdy, a check in. How are you doing? Looking into January for appointments, so plan ahead and jump on the schedule. My favorite 🎄 picture of all time. This little mama is rounding the corner to 10 years old. Santa hangs in the balance, I'm not sure what she REALLY thinks. Excited to hunker down for the stillness of the holiday, and in that spirit, we are closed tomorrow, and will have probably fairly spotty communication until after the New Year. We love all of you, grateful for your patronage and your friendships, steadfast in navigating this wild life with you, through grounded, intuitive bodywork so that we can easily move through the things that that cause resistance. It's best to be like the river. 🌊
