While the kids are learning new routines, it’s the perfect time to build one for your body too 💛

Try this quick “homework” for yourself tonight:
📌 5 deep breaths - inhale calm, exhale stress
📌 Seated twist - release low back tension
📌 Hand massage - loosen stiff fingers from typing/scrolling

Excuse my ugly foot, but here is your reminder to take care of yourself and keep up with yourself! I am old and dumb and think that I can go several days without following my routine and not get a massage myself.

Also, STOP WEARING FLIP FLOPS AND SLIDES! They stress your toes out and mess your feet up!

Reflexology isn’t just a fancy foot rub - it’s a therapeutic practice that’s been used for centuries. The idea is simple: different points on the feet, hands, and ears correspond to organs and systems throughout the body. By applying gentle pressure to these areas, reflexology can:
✨ improve circulation
✨ ease tension and stress
✨ support your body’s natural healing processes

It’s one of my favorite tools for whole-body wellness!

Here are 3 easy ways to do a little reflexology at home:
1. Foot massage with a tennis ball 🎾 Roll your foot slowly over a tennis ball to release tension and stimulate pressure points.
2. Thumb walking 🦶 Use your thumb to press along the arches of your foot. This area connects to your spine and can help relieve overall stress.
3. Hand pressure points 🖐️ Press the fleshy spot between your thumb and index finger for 30–60 seconds. This point is known to ease headaches and tension.

Fascia connects, supports, and protects everything from your muscles to your organs. But here’s the catch: when it gets tight or sticky, you can feel stiff, achy, or restricted in your movement.

The good news? 🎉 Fascia LOVES:
✔️ Gentle stretching
✔️ Breathwork
✔️ Hydration
✔️ Consistent movement

Even a few minutes a day of rolling your shoulders, stretching your spine, or deep breathing can help keep your fascia happy - and when your fascia is happy, your whole body feels better. 💛
