I can literally eat fruits ALL day! For some reason they make me feel better (right now). And they've been my go to at night instead of junk foods.

I wonder which fruits will be baby Irby's favorites or least favorites? Bc 𝙈𝙖𝙢𝙖 don't discriminate, I eat them ALL. 🤗

As a mom of 6 ( #7 incubating) it's so easy to forget about ME and the things I NEED to do for SELF, although I know that's it's SO important!!

👋🏾Hey Girl Hey!!! And Happy New Year!! We're 25 whole days into this year ALREADY!

I haven't been very active on here and I haven't been consistently EMPTYING MY BAGS. Life's been doing what it does. And ooh do I have BAGS full of EVERYTHANG! (I'll get into alladat later.)

My biggest take away from 22' is overstanding that anything you can't control is teaching you how to let go. I'm guilty of giving people more chances than they deserve but when I'm done, I'm done. I demolish my bridges behind me…then there is no choice but to move forward. The only real battle in life is between hanging on and letting go!!

I'm happy to be here. Breathing. Growing. Glowing. Flourishing. And blessed as $ #&*T!

How's your MENTAL today? How are you feeling? 💚

What if we got into the habit of asking individuals this before we began to 𝙀𝙢𝙥𝙩𝙮 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧/𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝘽𝙖𝙜𝙨 onto them? They may be holding onto just as much as you are.

Today, I feel loved. Accomplished. Full. Heard. And ready to get things on my Got-To-Do list finished. (For the day)

My breathing is normal and my heart rate is on Tesla ❣️

It's the "I love you mommy" that keeps me going!! And I like how good my clothes are fitting 😜
