Arrived back from Yendi, Ghana. This year my colleagues Dr. Missy Reisinger and Dr. Teresa Brown came as team members. We had an Evansville team that also included 4th year medical student Alex Reisinger, Ellie Cahill surgical scrub technician, and Monica who is a life coach and kept all our spirits up. This was the best year ever with all the Evansville contingency in support of the efforts in Yendi!

Congratulations to Tom Whitney as he received his PGA tour card yesterday. He has spent 9 years working towards this dream. We have been lucky enough to host him for 4 years for the Korn Ferry Tournament….even in a too small bunk bed in the apartment while our house was being built.🤣 He is a retired Airforce officer and an all around fantastic person. We are so happy for him and his family who have also sacrificed to achieve this dream!! Next is the Masters….(**we went all out on the cake**)

Congrats to Rachel for winning 1st Flight at the Evansville Women’s City Tournament this weekend. She shot 83 at Fendrich and 85 at Evansville country club. I’m so jealous of her golf abilities. She needs to lend some of her talent to me!
