I have been a practicing health care provider for over 22 years. I have worked with over a thousand people offering healing touch and gentle guidance to the true source of healing which is kindness and self love. I offer Massage Therapy using techniques of deep tissue, myo facial, effleurage and pettrissage and energy balancing. I also am a certified body oriented process leader and am trained to aid in the release of energy blocks such as grief, anger, shame, and fear locked in the body. The release of these blocks allow the flow of chi and open ones life to heart centered "now" loving. I trained at the Massage Institute of New England in Cambridge, as well as Shalom Retreat and Study Center in Livingston Manor, NY. I also trained 2 years with the Body Electric School out of Berkley California, as well as Carol Judd's school of Body Centered therapy in Conn. Certified in Lomi Lomi Hawiian body blessing massage and recently became attuned as a practitioner of Marconics amazing quantum energy. I offer both individual and couple counseling at my Newburyport office. I also run woman's groups and Shalom retreats. I have 35 years in 12 step recovery.

Sorry to our devoted practitiiners - We are having to Cancel Kirtan, Wednesdays at the PEG Center through Dec. John and I are getting over the amazing experience of Covid together!(Pie has been the easy go to for dinner!) and we are writing a Christmas Cantata and need some clear minded time. We will be back January 1st for a New Year’s Day Kirtan, from 4-6pm. More to be announced!
