Sometimes we think we’re doing everything right, eating clean, working out, and being super disciplined...but we still feel tired, moody, or super hungry at night. If that sounds like you, you might be undereating without realizing it.
When your body doesn’t get enough food (or enough of the right nutrients), it sends little signals—like low energy even after sleep, cravings, brain fog, or irritability. These are not signs of failure, they’re signs your body needs more fuel.
You don’t need to eat less to make progress, you need to eat smart. Start paying attention to how you feel throughout the day.
