Feeling overwhelmed or anxious? Try this quick reset:

1️⃣ STOP — Visualize a big red stop sign. Interrupt the spiral.
2️⃣ BREATHE — Deep, slow breaths signal calm to your nervous system.
3️⃣ ASK — “What do I need right now?” A breath? A break? A hug?

Don’t ride the wrong train of stress. You get to choose peace instead. 🌿
