We’re proud to be on-site, providing professional EMS for this event! Our dedicated team is stationed on the historic grounds, ready for any emergency. From the darkest cellblocks to the bustling entrance, your well-being is our top priority so you can focus on the frights.
Look for our team members if you need assistance. (we’re the ones in uniform, not the monsters!)

Entrust Medical Services Express is proud to announce that we have once again been selected as the official provider of Emergency Medical Services for Halloween Nights at Eastern State Penitentiary and go into service this Friday Night!

After a successful first year under contract, we are honored to continue serving at this historic and thrilling event, keeping guests, staff, and performers safe while they experience one of the most iconic Halloween attractions in the country.

While this marks our second year contracted for Halloween Nights, our management team has enjoyed an 8-year relationship with OPS Security and Eastern State. A partnership that continues to grow stronger each year. We are deeply grateful for their trust and confidence, and we’re excited to keep building together.

Our mission has always been Beyond Transportation, Toward Well-Being, and we’re thrilled to bring that same commitment, professionalism, and care back to Eastern State for another unforgettable season.

At the heart of our mission is our incredible team. Our EMTs, dispatchers, and support staff bring compassion, skill, and unwavering commitment to every call. Whether it’s transporting a patient with care or providing on-site emergency medical services at an event event, their dedication shows in every interaction.
