Move into 2026 with intention and purpose with Buds in Bloom Kids Yoga in the salt cave at Northern Light Counseling & Salt Cave!

We are excited to offer a 6-week kids yoga series for yogis ages 6-12.

This series is inspired by the theme ~Warmth Within~ Our goal is to create a cozy, safe & comfortable environment for both mind and body in our yoga class.

Each week, we will practice and study a target pose that will be added to a sequence resulting in a heat building flow at the end of the series.

Participants will engage in hands on games and activities to teach yoga concepts in a FUN and joyful space.

Look what I found inside the Wayne County Community Foundation’s Annual report! This picture of us and a mention of the funding they have generously provided to help create this amazing space at the Newfoundland Library. It is here, where we are lucky to gather as a community for many things including our family yoga classes and afterschool STEAM and kids yoga clubs! If you haven’t yet, come check it out! Feeling ALL the blessings THIS Thanksgiving weekend! Many, many thanks to the WCCF!
