Volunteer Avery County and Community Services We match people whishing to volunteer with an opportunity to help an individual or a family or an organization in need of assistance.

We are funded entirely by the communities that we serve. Churches , civic organizations, individuals and private foundations are all donors that regularly provide our support. Examples of services that we provide include:
Food distribution, emergency fuel, clothing, repairs to home and healthcare needs. Volunteer Avery County does not discriminate based upon race, sex, religion, or any other factor.
