I'm a counselor in Western North Carolina, but I'm also a traveler, fire spinner, snowboarder and skiier, pet mom, and down to earth human being. Had an amazing time at the Boonerang Eve Startup Social with my friend Natalie from ! It was so fun to connect with other local entrepreneurs and get excited for Boonerang weekend.

As a fully virtual therapist, I’m especially looking forward to being out in the community, and maybe I’ll even run into a client or two! Just a reminder: if I do see any clients, I won’t say hi first to protect your confidentiality, but you’re always welcome to say hi if you’d like ☺️

We had an amazing time at our post-Helene cleanup on 221 in Linville today! Huge thanks to all the volunteers who showed up and showed out, our generous sponsors, the Avery County Sheriff’s Office and Fire Marshal for keeping us safe, and Trashy Girl for cohosting and bringing the energy. Community care looks like this—neighbors coming together to make our home a little cleaner and brighter.

Had a wonderful time at the Annual Dinner! A huge thank you to and all of the other businesses involved for hosting such a beautiful evening. After the challenges of the past six months of hurricane recovery, it was incredible to come together with this resilient and supportive community. Grateful to be part of a place that always finds strength in one another! And as said, I might not be from here, but I got here as fast as I could 🤍
