Three Diamonds Doula Services is run by Cassie Johnson, and is based in the Seacoast region of southern New Hampshire. I provide birth and postpartum support to expectant parents and families in southern New Hampshire, southern Maine, and northern Massachusetts. Three Diamonds is named in reference to my three children, all of whom have April birthdays, which is a diamond birthstone. I can think of no better description for the act of giving birth, and the postpartum period!

Three Diamonds Doula Services is run by Cassie Johnson, and is based in the Seacoast region of southern New Hampshire.

I provide birth and postpartum support to expectant parents and families in southern New Hampshire, southern Maine, and northern Massachusetts.

As a birth doula, I support clients to help them achieve their birth goals. We meet prenatally to envision your ideal birth, and then use that to create your birth plan. We will also discuss comfort measures, and discuss options for treatments/procedures that your provider suggests. Once in labor, I meet with you once active labor has begun, either at home, hospital, or birth center. I am your advocate, as well as staying by your side to provide physical and emotional support.

As a postpartum doula, my goal is to help you and your family adjust to your new life with your baby in as practical of ways as possible! I provide feeding support, emotional support, referrals to local providers for specific needs and concerns, light housekeeping and meal prep, and baby care so that you can rest, sleep, and recover. I offer both daytime support as well as overnight postpartum care.
