If you’re finding yourself to be in constant desire to feel accepted, seen, or heard… here’s something that helps me.

Anytime that feeling comes up of rejecting others, I automatically know there is something in me that I’m not accepting. No need to take a deep dive into finding what that is. Who has time for all that?!

I simply place my hands on my heart and say thank you!
That’s it!

The only thing i ever say to my body is “thank you!”

Change the way you talk to your body and I promise you will see big shifts in so many other areas of your life.
