✨ Happy Birthday to my Little Levi 💙 ✨

You were scheduled for a C-section on 10/26 because you didn’t want to come out on 10/24 😅 Even pitocin couldn’t convince you! I tried so hard to avoid surgery, but once the doctor said “emergency C-section,” mama went into shock — shaking and nauseous through the whole birth. The surgery even continued for an hour after you were delivered.

At 1:30 PM on 10/27/24, you arrived with your eyes wide open 👀 — and the moment I saw you, it was an instant connection. You smiled at mama and latched right away 💕 The only baby in the unit breastfeeding and already ahead of your time 👏

Levi, you’ve been the biggest blessing. Even though I was terrified to be your mom, you’ve made this journey so rewarding. Yes, I’m sleep deprived from all the cuddles and you still thinking you’re in the womb 🤱🏽😂 — but you light up our lives every single day.

I can’t wait to watch your journey unfold, my little miracle.

✨ Baby Levi turned 8 months yesterday✨ This is him at 5 months old✨ And here are some fun facts about Baby Levi & breastfeeding✨ Baby Levi keeps his parents in his eyesight at all times or it’s a problem 😭😭😭. Levi loves food like his mommy, he’s pretty athletic & strong, he loves breastfeeding to this day, and never has been sick by the grace of GOD. He’s crawling and is doing assisted walking!!! Breastfeeding has had its challenges but it’s the best thing for Baby Levi. Breastfeeding provides vital nutrients and antibodies, reduces infections, asthma & obesity in infants. For mothers, breastfeeding can lower risk in ovarian & breast cancer. It is a sacrifice but worth every bit so I can have a healthy thriving baby.
