Family Branch and Root I am someone who has developed a passion for family history, thanks to my paternal grandparents.

They took pride in their origins and passed down to me the importance of learning from life's "good" and "bad" events, leaving me the choice to apply these lessons as I see fit. Conversely, my maternal family's history was marred by shame, humiliation, and feelings of worthlessness, leading to generational narcissism and abuse. Despite the conflict and contradictions arising from these two extremes, I have come to understand their underlying forces, which has helped me discern what aspects of my heritage to embrace and what to let go of. I dedicate my work to the legacy of both these profound influences, aiming to encourage others to explore their roots and discover their true selves.
