High school students play a game called “Triangle Tag” as they review the 3️⃣ planes of motion (Frontal, Sagittal, and Transverse).

Peers play “keep away” moving in the frontal plane while their groupmate tries to grab the flag while moving in all three planes.

Had the opportunity to assist in teaching archery at in PE1 the past two weeks.

I hadn’t shot a bow in almost two years but I’d say that I was still pretty accurate with it.

FYI, that arrow that hit the yellow bullseye was my first shot 👀

Thanks to and his APE session at 2025, I was able to create a new activity for my Individualized PE students focusing on creating force in our “Levers, Force, Motion, and Rotation” Unit.

Students practiced their striking skills by hitting various size/weighted balls with the goal of knocking down their pins within the allotted time. Students were able to have autonomy within the lesson by being able to set up their pins however they wanted, using different size/style bats, and even different balls towards the end of the lesson.

Thanks Rob! A new activity that was a complete success!
