Continuing the celebration of National Assisted Living Week, we gathered with our wonderful residents and prospective residents for an elegant Starlight Soirée. The evening featured a champagne toast, a phenomenal dinner with entrées of crab cakes or prime rib, and live entertainment that had the whole room smiling. 🎶🥂

We are grateful to everyone who joined us and to our incredible team for creating such a magical evening. ✨

This evening, our residents enjoyed an elegant dining experience during our Grand Table Event, featuring a specially curated Taste of RUI menu!

The highlight of the evening was the Strip Steak Florentine: Perfectly seared, topped with fresh herbs, and beautifully paired with roasted asparagus.
