God is a field state of perfect and complete wholeness

And love - true, divine love - is the journey back into that wholeness

We incarnate into this world as microcosms, fractals, of the greater, perfect whole

And we experience separation and fragmentation so that we may experience the bliss in choosing to become whole again

Embodiment is the practice of that return

It is understanding that the more intimate we become with the magic and beauty of these bodies, minds, and spirits, the more intimate we become with the loving all-field called god

And it is the devotion to this intimacy

I offer two 1:1 containers in which we practice our embodiment:

🪷The Grounding Sessions 🪷
Short term (1-3 sessions) & no commitment
30-60 minutes
$45-75

These short-term sessions are intended for integrating and rooting emotions or energies that we're not sure how to hold on our own

These sessions are perfect after a Reiki or bodywork session, after a stressful week, or whenever you need an external mirror to help you see something more clearly

These sessions give you simple and effective somatic practices to help you integrate and anchor whatever is alive in you

These are by appointment or walk-in on Fridays at Age of Aquarius Healing Center , 10-5. Email heronofthedawn@gmail.com to schedule an appointment

🪷 The Embodiment Sessions 🪷
long-term commitment (minimum 5 weeks)
1.5-2 hours
~$200 (with sliding scale and discount options available)

The Embodiment Sessions are a long-term and initiatory devotion to the path of returning to wholeness

In these sessions, we will explore somatic practices to help you make contact with the subtle and unloved parts of you and build the capacity to cultivate a regenerative relationship with yourself

The more wholeness we create within ourselves, the more wholeness we create in the world

While the Embodiment Sessions take time, they are always grounded in the intention to connect you with your own inner guidance and help you learn to trust its guidance

Before entering the Embodiment Sessions, you must first attend a Grounding Session with me, or schedule a free Coherence Call (link in bio)

Embodiment is the practice of growing into intimacy with the microcosm of our inner world

The mysterious ways through which the universe is woven into existence are mirrored in our bodies, minds, and breath

There are infinite pathways into understanding ourselves

And by understanding ourselves, we understand (and get to more fully participate in) the magical and mysterious whole

This is the map I find very helpful when navigating the landscape of my inner world

sensation → awareness → breath → field → return to sensation

These four cardinal directions create the basic foundation of our experience in these human bodies

And each shapes and influences the others

Learning these four elements is similar to understanding how to find north when traversing the wilderness

They serve as anchor points that continuously allow us to orient to where we are, so we don't get lost

And when on the path of healing or transformation of any kind, it's important to know how not to get lost

How many times have we felt debilitated by what is alive in us after a reiki or bodywork session? And how many times have we had work done for it to seemingly revert in the days and weeks that follow?

This is a result of not having the resources to fully integrate the work

These short-term sessions are intended for this integration, not just after a bodywork session, but also after a stressful or difficult event

These sessions give you simple and effective somatic practices to help you process what is alive and anchor it into what has the capacity to hold it

The Embodiment Sessions are a long-term devotion to the path of transformation - this is where the real work happens

In these sessions, we will explore somatic practices to help you make contact with what you wish to transform - whether you want to heal childhood trauma or develop your intuitive gifts

And, most importantly, we will cultivate your capacity to do the work (and make it stick)

Nothing can happen without the substance to hold it - we cannot deepen our intuition if we are undernourished; we cannot heal trauma if we do not feel safe

We will look at your relationships, your lifestyle, your connection with the Earth, and more to see where your energy is leaking and what resources support your vitality

I do not want you to need me forever. So while the Embodiment Sessions take time, they are always grounded in the intention to one day pass the healer/teacher/guide reins to you

To qualify for the Embodiment Sessions, you must first attend a Grounding Session with me, or schedule a free Coherence Call (link in bio)

The Embodiment Sessions through Dawnland Somatics are for those ready to reclaim their power as their own teacher, healer, and guide

Many of us outsource our healing

We turn to reiki practitioners, yoga teachers, therapists, seers, and other health and wellness professionals because we believe they have more insight into our inner world than we do

These modalities are incredibly useful, especially when we are at the beginning of a healing or transformational path

But they are incomplete when they do not teach us how to rediscover our innate potential for alchemy, without them and within ourselves

Through the Embodiment Sessions, I intend to help you make contact with that potential

The Grounding Sessions are a simple 1:1 container that provides you with tools and practices to reduce stress, release tension, and come back to the peace within
