SCP Virtual General Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) has opened in Vermont and is now accepting referrals for residents across the state.

We understand the critical need for timely, intensive psychiatric support. Our virtual IOP offers a vital step-down or alternative-to-hospitalization option for patients experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms that are significantly hindering their daily functioning.

The SCP General IOP is designed for patients who:
Are dealing with depression, anxiety, or other mental health conditions impacting day-to-day functioning
Would benefit from intensive, structured treatment (5 days a week, 3 hours a day).
Do not require 24/7 observation/inpatient care.
Need support to lessen symptom severity and frequency, enabling them to rapidly return to normal activities.
Our virtual program provides a highly structured and comprehensive therapeutic environment, running five days a week (Monday through Friday) from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

The daily schedule features two group therapy sessions focused on skill-building and psychoeducation, along with dedicated individual therapy. Participants also receive regular private sessions with psychiatrists for medication management and clinical oversight, ensuring a holistic approach to stabilization and recovery.

We prioritize a seamless HIPAA adherent referral experience to ensure your patients receive care quickly.
