I'm so glad you've come to my page! I am first and foremost a Child of God. I am nothing without Christ. He has blessed me so greatly with a great family made up of my husband, Andrew, and my son, Maddox. I work from home as a health and fitness motivator and coach! I have always been athletic but it faded once I got married. After having complications due to type 1 diabetes during the birth of my son, the importance of taking care of my body really set in. I became very aware and passionate about health and fitness in general. I am a newly certified fitness instructor and cannot wait to start teaching!! Accountability is key so let me help keep you accountable!
