Let’s talk GOALS - especially the ones we meant to achieve but didn’t.

Most of us don’t fall off track because we’re lazy or unmotivated - we fall off because our goals were too vague, too big, or too rigid.
That’s where SMART goals come in:
Specific
Measurable
Achievable
Relevant
Time-bound
A simple way to start?
- Choose just ONE or TWO goals.
- Break them down with milestones - small checkpoints that let you adjust instead of abandon.
And here’s your reminder: Progress is not a straight line.
There will be pauses, pivots, and detours.
A slip isn’t failure - it’s just a bend in the road, not the end of it.
You don’t have to start over. You just have to keep going.
