Let’s talk GOALS - especially the ones we meant to achieve but didn’t.

--> What’s gotten in your way before?
--> What have you tried that didn’t quite stick?

Most of us don’t fall off track because we’re lazy or unmotivated - we fall off because our goals were too vague, too big, or too rigid.

That’s where SMART goals come in:
Specific
Measurable
Achievable
Relevant
Time-bound

A simple way to start?

- Choose just ONE or TWO goals.
- Break them down with milestones - small checkpoints that let you adjust instead of abandon.

And here’s your reminder: Progress is not a straight line.

There will be pauses, pivots, and detours.
A slip isn’t failure - it’s just a bend in the road, not the end of it.

You don’t have to start over. You just have to keep going.

This is not as complicated as it looks! Let's walk through a meal plan together. Each recipe will have options for simplifying and the leftovers can be used in creative ways - making it easy to build on each other. You'll have options for standard, quick fixes & vegan. Even ideas on how to modify just a serving of the recipes. Have you ever made an overnight baked potato? Pair with a salad and top with leftover pulled pork or chili and you've got a meal!

It’s easy to say “I want to be healthier” - but what does that really look like?
That’s where SMART goals come in.

SMART stands for:
S – Specific: Be clear about what you want to do.
M – Measurable: Make it something you can track or notice progress in.
A – Achievable: Keep it realistic for your current season of life.
R – Relevant: Align it with your values and what matters most to you.
T – Time-bound: Set a timeframe to stay accountable and motivated.

Example: Instead of saying “I want to eat healthier,” try, “I will prepare three balanced dinners at home each week for the next month.”

SMART goals make change feel doable - one step at a time - and help build the consistency that leads to lasting results.

Remember: goals aren’t about perfection. They’re about progress and aligning your actions with the life you want to live. Start small, stay kind to yourself, and celebrate every win along the way.
