These incredible results were achieved through a treatment plan designed to address redness and vascularity.

Treatment included a series of three BBL treatments and one MOXI laser treatment. BBL helps target redness and vascular concerns by addressing pigment within the skin and supporting a more even tone, while MOXI is a gentle fractional laser that helps improve overall skin quality, tone, and texture.

When used together, these technologies allow for treatment of vascular concerns while also enhancing the overall appearance and clarity of the skin.

2026 is shaping up to be an exciting year in the field of obesity medicine and medical weight loss, with several innovative treatment options on the horizon.

We are proud to already offer the Wegovy (GLP-1 RA) pill and look forward to the anticipated FDA approval of additional therapies, including the oral GLP-1 medication Orforglipron, as well as next-generation injectable treatments such as CagriSema (GLP-1 / Amylin RA) and Retatrutide (GLP-1 / GIP / Glucagon RA).

A meaningful day at La Chelé🤍

After many years of incredible dedication, we are celebrating medical aesthetician Kristi as she officially begins her retirement.

Dr. Espinoza met Kristi 20 years ago, a meeting that would become an important part of La Chelé’s story. She was there from the very beginning and helped shape what La Chelé has become in ways that may not always appear on paper but are felt in everything we do.

Kristi brought a presence that cannot be taught. She is warm, steady, and deeply caring. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine compassion left a lasting impact on our patients, our team, and our community.

As she closes this remarkable chapter, we celebrate all she has given and the countless lives she has touched. She will be deeply missed by our team and by the many patients who had the privilege of being in her care.

Kristi, thank you for everything you have given to La Chelé. You will always be part of our family.
