Check out that 4-foot BWOSC dental implant "product placement shot" on the stage with the comics at one of the last Comedy on the Boulevard shows!! The comics love to joke around about that and work in a few dental jokes.

Dr. H spent this past Friday and Saturday in The Prime Osborn Convention Center in Jacksonville, FL joining dental professionals from all over the state of Florida to offer free dental care at the Mission of Mercy event which is a state-wide 2-day free dental clinic led by the Florida Dental Association and the FDA Foundation.
This year 1,599 hurting patients from all over the state received a total of $1,912,639 in donated dental care during those 2 days!

Our office will be closed Friday, May 15th, allowing Dr. Harrelson time to volunteer at the FDA's Mission of Mercy in Jacksonville this weekend. We will reopen on Monday! Have a sunny Florida weekend!

Mystic Pizza was outstanding!! Thanks for highlighting the many that came with the BWOSC group and stepped back into the 1980s with our Member's Only jackets, tight-rolled stonewashed jeans, scrunchy pony tails, leg warmers, bright colors, crazy patterns, and even a Walkman that played an actual cassette!!!! We had quite the 80s party that night!

Just saw the donation numbers posted for the funds raised at last month's Soiree on the Bay supporting hurting kids in Okaloosa and Walton County schools through the two mobile dental bus clinics and our great community network of volunteer dentists who take on cases identified through the school exams to complete urgent restorative and surgical needs in their own clinics at no cost.

The Children's Volunteer Health Network, Inc. annual fundraising gala is a 2-day event at the Dugas Estate hosted by Steve and Lynn Dugas who are huge, long-time supporters of CVHN!
This was the 5th annual Soiree so it was a Friday evening of Sapphire (5th anniversary color) and Sparkles followed by an "upscale-western" theme on Saturday.
Thanks to the many great, charitable people, organizations, and businesses in this community, CVHN was able to raise $340,000 for our mission. CVHN is a stream-lined organization that is able to donate 96 cents of every dollar directly to the mission!

We're so honored when we can help some of our youngest community kids who need dental work through our connection with CVHN. Keep doing good! It's not wasted. :)

Last week at Freeport Middle School, our Mobile Dental Clinic:

🦷 Served 38 students
🦷 Delivered 697 dental services
🦷 Provided $57,449 in donated care
✨ 79% of students had decay treated
✨ 84% had decay prevented
✨ 92% received sealants

And we’re not done yet! We’re currently working with students with urgent needs and their families to connect them with in‑kind restorative dental care to make sure no child is left behind.
