Dr. Harrelson has served on the CVHN Board for the past several years and brings a wealth of experience as the owner of Blue Water Oral Surgery Center and a proud U.S. Air Force veteran. He is also deeply engaged in organized dentistry through his work with the Florida Dental Association, where he helps advance the profession and advocate for greater access to care.

Beyond his professional expertise, Dr. Harrelson serves as a trusted advisor to our dental team and is known for his incredible heart, whether it’s supporting at events or juggling to make sure the kids are smiling. 💙

We are grateful for his leadership and excited for all that’s ahead with him at the helm!

Dr H had the opportunity to help out Emerald Coast Theatre Company at their event at The Windmills Stage at Hammock Bay last Thursday night where several kids from their summer camps and musicals sang a collection of songs. Dr. H, as Dr. Juggles, was asked to do some crowd work before and after and to open up the show with some juggling!!

BWOSC was proud to serve as the Platinum Sponsor for the Niceville High School Cross Country Sunset Stampede "Glow Run" Fundraiser this year at Northwest Florida State College campus!!

NHS Cross Country and Track have always held a special place in the Harrelsons' hearts, because Dr. Harrelson was moved to Eglin Air Force Base right before his oldest child, Abbie Harrelson, started her senior year. Prior to arrival, the Harrelsons had reached out to the coach of the track team at that time, Coach Jamie LaFollette, who had her picked up at our hotel every morning of the summer at 6am and took her to run with the other cross country team members. For a military family with a senior who knew no one upon arrival, this was a great way to build a community and a network of friends/teammates before that awkward first day of school.

That cross country girls team went on to win the State Championship for the first time since 1994! That along with several medals at the State Outdoor Track Championship with several of those same teammates helped lay the groundwork for Abbie Harrelson to go on to run in Gainesville with the Florida Gators on a track scholarship!!

Thanks for the great start in this area NHS Cross Country and Track...BWOSC is always glad to partner with you as you build and shape kids lives!!

After a great day of volunteering at Give Kids a Smile yesterday, Dr H found himself invited on stage at the Emerald Coast Theatre Company, juggling, of course! We even ran into his assistant, Joce and hubs!

We're the incoming Comedy on the Boulevard sponsor at ECTC for next season, but they were kind enough to hang our sponsor banner a little early! We love Emerald Coast Theatre Company

Check out this great promotional video put together to celebrate 20 years of Children's Volunteer Health Network, Inc. helping create healthy smiles in little hurting and needy teeth! This was produced for the Soiree on the Bay Fundraiser Gala!

*$9 million in free services given...
*24 schools served in Okaloosa and Walton counties (the buses go to the schools and treat kids that are part of the "free lunch" program and do not have access to dental care) ...
*2 mobile dental buses...

It is never too late to become a part of this amazing mission to keep it going for 20 more years, if you are a dentist please consider donating your services and skills by offering to be part of the network by occasionally staffing exams on the bus or offering to take at least 2 urgent care cases per year or per quarter in your clinic (contact Dr. Bradley Dale Harrelson, Vice President of the board, or CVHN directly to get plugged in)....
