🐸 variations include bringing the feet closer together to mimic more of a child’s pose or doing one leg at a time. Other options include laying on your back with the knees wide

hot power isn’t just about a kick arse workout

sure we sweat, flow intensely, emphasize safe alignment, hold postures into deep burns -

but we aren’t here just for the workout metrics

there is always something much deeper being revealed in the presence of practice

we are centering from the breath
maintaining deep awareness in the intensity of postures
staying calm and focused in the midst of wanting to quit, distract, dissociate
finding meditation in the masterful connection of breath and body

when we tune into the body this way
the wisdom of yoga reveals itself

this isn’t about completing a workout loop
this is about resolving looping resistances in our consciousness

this is about liberation from suffering

and we all find it in different ways
be it prayerful stillness
slow connections
power flows

or just being in the peace of connection and community

our big love to all of our devoted practitioners and new yogis alike
