Slow down and breathe intentionally with us at yoga this week🩵 if you can’t make it till the weekend- we will be waiting for you!
One of our teachers you’ll be able to practice with this weekend is Michelle Janazzo! (One of three Michelle’s that teach regularly at YDS😋) you can find her on the mat on Saturday at 9:30 am for hot yoga and 11:00 am for unheated hatha/vinyasa flow.
Meet Michelle (RYT-500), a warm, grounded guide who been teaching yoga since 2013 and believes movement and breath are key to healthy living and healthy aging. She’s taught yoga and meditation for all ages, backgrounds and abilities, creating a space where everyone feels welcome. Her classes are unhurried and uplifting with options to go deeper and challange yourself or sink into a peaceful reset after a long week.
