Please welcome our newest team member, Cynthia Flores! Cynthia is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, and Licensed Esthetician. She specializes in helping people move and feel better through Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Medical and Thia Massage, Reflexology, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.

Cynthia retired from the United States Air Force in 2016, and has been practicing Massage since 2020. She loves helping her clients feel great and helping them improve their mobility. She is also a Master Stretch Practitioner and Certified Nutrition Coach, and is looking forward to helping you take the next steps on your wellness journey!
