Currently we do a handful of these each month as well as dumpster trailer rentals, single load removals, and individual item pick ups, but we are seeking to add 4 or 5 whole house cleanouts per month. We have upgraded my wife’s car so we are looking to get rid of her old one. It’s a 2013 Chevy Malibu with 160,### miles. We’ve owned it for 4 years now and put roughly 50,000 miles on it since purchasing. Tires on it are in good condition with lots of life left. I put a new thermostat on it last winter. This week I put an alternator, battery, and brake pads and rotors (front and back). I am trying to decide how to sell it. I’ve considered listing outright for $5,000 or if there seems to be interest I would do a 100 spots at $50/spot. I need some feedback.

Every once in a while you get a customer who thinks they can fit everything…some people see the doing of a cheap person. I see a chance to make extra money. The option is always yours, we will level off the load onto the ground for free or we will level it off into another trailer for extra money. 9/10 we make the extra money.

What a busy day today!
Niles to Mishawaka and back to clean windows, Niles to Michigan City and back to do a 30 yard clean out, a trip to New Buffalo to pick a trailer up, a quick load job in Niles, then to Elkhart to drop on off, and finally to South bend to pick up a trailer. And had time to dump two trailers between all of this and go to the store for supplies. Almost $100 in fuel later and we get to relax before starting over tomorrow.

Moving from a house and have extras you don’t want to take? We’ve got you covered!
This customer rented a dumpster in preparation to move about a month ago and had some stuff he needed gone before closing. We had a full schedule so couldn’t help him at the time. After another company didn’t live up to this guys standards, he sent out an SOS and S.O.S showed up and took care of him!

Mondays are always hectic picking up weekend rentals, but we were out of town this weekend so there’s lots of catching up to do.
3 dumpster pick ups, two estimates, 3 trash pick ups, one lawn mow, and doing the final cleaning on our 150 yard removal job.
