You think you’ve experienced hunger… until you start breastfeeding. 😅
Breastfeeding burns around 500 extra calories a day—even more than pregnancy! Your body is working nonstop to produce nutrient-rich milk for your growing little one.

Some days, it feels like a full-time job just keeping yourself fed—on top of nursing and caring for a baby.

In those last few weeks of pregnancy, set yourself up for success with a breastfeeding snack basket. Fill it with things like:
💧Electrolyte drinks or coconut water
🥜 Trail mix
🍫 Granola bars
🍇 Dried fruit
🥓 Meat sticks
✨ Whatever fuels you

When baby is eating, you should be too.

Got a go-to nursing snack? Drop it in the comments! And if you know a breastfeeding mama—bring her a snack. Trust us, she’s probably hungry.

💕 It’s a girl! 💕

What a privilege to come alongside of Zoe and Ethan as they welcomed their precious daughter into the world! It was nearly impossible to know how far along Zoe was in her labor based on her external appearance. She was SO unbelievably calm and her breathing so beautifully controlled (even at 10cm!). Nothing really went as planned, but Zoe and Ethan were champions as they walked hand in hand through labor and an unplanned C-section. They did a beautiful job reframing what a successful birth looks like and processed the many changes with grace and confidence.
We entered the hospital together as strangers and after 30+ hours together, we parted as friends. So incredibly grateful for the opportunity of supporting you in this sacred segment of your life!

💙 It’s a boy!!! 💙

Welcome to the world, Rex Andrew!! Rex's parents spent months preparing for his birth, taking childbirth classes to physically, mentally and emotionally prepare for the journey ahead. They had been told that labor could be unpredictable, and depended on their preparation to help them stay calm and focused. When Margo's labor began, they were so excited to meet their little guy, but soon realized that things weren't progressing as they had hoped. After 30 hours of labor, which included 4 hours of pushing, Margo and Joel navigated the challenges with grace and patience. They remained a steady team, and with the support of their doula and care team, they finally welcomed little Rex into the world. They both felt an overwhelming sense of gratitude for those that were in the room, cheering them on in the final moments. Strength and love carried them through their journey and they thanked God for a healthy, beautiful little boy!!!
