Look at me!!! I am almost a whole month without ni****ne!!! My daughter asked me to quit. I was going to have to for some time after my surgery anyways, so I kept going for her and my health. Your favorite form of cleansing items and space - I used sage incense, a pen and paper, a glass jar/container, and a lighter
Cleanse your space
Write down your 13 Wishes
Cut each wish out into an individual strip
Cleanse your jar/container
Begin folding each wish towards you atlease 3 times to call each wishes energy in to you.
Starting tonight, 12/21, burn one wish a night for 12 nights using candle light.
