There’s so much medicine in the in-between moments.

šŸŒŽBare feet on the earth.

🌳Nature walks with where nothing profound is happening and somehow everything is.

šŸ„—The meals that nourish more than just the body.

šŸ§˜šŸ»ā€ā™€ļøThe quiet tending.

šŸŒ€The choosing, over and over again, to be present in my life.

This is the work too.

Not just the sessions, the spaces I hold, or the words I share here, but how I live.

How I listen.
How I soften.
How I receive.
How I tend to my own world.

I’m not here as someone separate from you.
I’m here in it… just like you.

šŸ’•A woman.

šŸ’•A nervous system.
šŸ’•A soul walking herself home in real time.

So here’s a little glimpse into my real life lately……the simple, the sacred, and the human moments that hold me.

I was sitting with my cacao today and just really feeling into it… and I had this moment ofā¬‡ļø

ā€œoh… this is why my body loves this so much.ā€

Because yes, we can talk about cacao in this beautiful, ceremonial, heart-opening way…but there’s also something very real, very physical happening underneath all of that.

Cacao is deeply mineral rich.

And your body, especially as a woman, especially during certain seasons of your cycle, is constantly using minerals to regulate your nervous system.

šŸŒ€To soften the muscles.
šŸŒ€To steady your breath.
šŸŒ€To help you come out of that low-level, always-on edge that so many of us don’t even realize we’re living in.

Magnesium being a big one.

I always say… you don’t realize how much your body is holding until something finally helps it let go. (If you’ve ever worked with me…you know this to be truešŸ’“)

And cacao does that so gently.

Not in a forceful way.
Not in a ā€œpush throughā€ kind of energy.

But in a you can relax now kind of way.

And then there’s potassium, iron, copper, zinc… all of these trace minerals that your body is quietly asking for to keep your energy steady, your thoughts clear, your system regulated. (And ladies, you neeeeeed minerals!)

And what I love about cacao is that it’s not giving you this sharp spike of energy.

It’s not pulling from your reserves.
It’s restoring.

It’s giving your body what it actually needs so your energy can feel more stable… more grounded… more yours.

Because if we’re being honest…..most of the modern rhythm we’re living in is depletion.

Quick stimulation.
Caffeine.
Sugar.
Go, go, go.

And so many women run at this pace without ever truly replenishing what the body is burning through. (I’m so passionate about supporting women!)

So we end up wired… but not truly supported.

And this is where cacao feels different.

It becomes less about a drink… and more about a rhythm.

A moment in your day where you’re not just asking your body to keep going…..you’re actually giving something back.

Something your nervous system recognizes.
Something your body can use.

I’ve noticed over time, it’s not even about the ā€œboostā€ anymore.

It’s this quiet, steady regulation.

I want to share this in real time… just as I’m moving through it and integrating it myself.

I’ve recently started testing out a frequency device I’ve been using, the OlyLife Tera P90+.

I’m in a season of opening my home again for in-person sessions and as I begin to bring people back into my space, I really want to be intentional about what tools, supports, and modalities I’m integrating into the work I’m offering. (thinking of offering those to my clients if their interested).

So this is me being open, honest, and in process with it.

I’m not speaking from ā€œarrivedā€ energy here…..I’m speaking from exploration and lived integration.

What I’m noticing is that there are so many ways we support the human system.

šŸŒ€We have grounding practices.
šŸŒ€We have breathwork.
šŸŒ€We have meditation.
šŸŒ€We have whole food nourishment.
šŸŒ€We have nervous system awareness and emotional processing.

And these are all deeply foundational.

They are what bring the body back into coherence in a natural, embodied way.

And at the same time, I’m also exploring what it looks like to integrate frequency-based technology as an additional layer of support.

Something that introduces a structured energetic field the body can respond to and entrain with.

Not as a replacement for anything…but as a complementary support when used intentionally.

I want to be really clear and grounded in what I believe as well, what I teach, and what I embodyā¬‡ļø

No device replaces sunlight, nature, breath, deep whole food plant-based nourishment, emotional processing, and nervous system support and awareness.

Those are the foundation.
Always.

Everything else sits on top of that.

For me, this is about askingā¬‡ļø

What are the additional ways we can support the body when it’s overwhelmed, when it’s integrating deeply, or when it’s needing help returning to coherence?

I’m in the process of feeling it, working with it, and observing how it interacts with real human bodies in real time.

Especially as I bring people back into my home space for healing sessions. I want to be thoughtful, responsible, and deeply attuned to what actually supports people in their healing and embodiment.

So this is just me sharing openly… in process… as I explore what feels aligned and supportive.

More to come as I continue to integrate and experience it.

When I drink cacao on my cycle, I’m not just drinking something warm, I’m nourishing my entire system.

There’s something about bleed time that asks us to soften… to slow… to come back into the body in a way the world doesn’t always make space for.

The theobromine gently opens the heart space… not like caffeine that spikes and crashes, but this steady, grounded expansion. It’s like your body can finally exhale.

And the magnesium… your body is asking for that during this time. It supports the muscles, eases some of that tension and cramping, and helps regulate the nervous system when everything feels a little more tender, a little more raw.

But it’s not just physical.
Cacao meets you emotionally.

It softens the edges. It brings a little more compassion into your inner dialogue. It’s like sitting with a wise, ancient part of yourself that just gets it.

ā˜•ļøI’ve noticed my thoughts slow down.
ā˜•ļøMy body feels more supported.
ā˜•ļøMy energy feels less scattered and more held.

And during bleed time, when your intuition is naturally heightened, cacao can amplify that connection. It becomes less about ā€œdoingā€ and more about listening.

šŸ’“Heart just beginning to open.

Cacao isn’t just a drink.
It’s a remembering.

A returning to the body.
A softening into the heart.
A quiet invitation to feel again.

This isn’t the processed chocolate you’re used to….this is pure, whole cacao.

šŸŒŽEarth-grown.

šŸ’•Intentionally prepared.

Alive with compounds that support your mood, your energy, your clarity, but beyond all of that…..it carries a frequency.

A wisdom.

Cacao works gently.

I want to talk about the energy of eating raw foods……fruits and vegetables in their most natural, living state.

If you know me….you know I am a WFPB eater and holistic health coach with an emphasis on eating as much raw fruits/veggies/seeds/sprouts.

Raw foods carry the highest electrical charge, voltage, and frequency.

šŸŒ€They are alive.
šŸŒ€They are vibrant.

And when you bring them into your body, you’re not just eating nutrients…..you’re taking in life force energy.

Anytime I feel even slightly under the weather……a sniffle, a dip in energy, or anything at all……the first thing I do is go high raw. I go all in on raw fruits and raw vegetables.

And this is alongside everything else I live, breathe, and teach on……..getting outside, morning sunlight, grounding my body to the earth, being in nature as much as possible, and energetic hygiene.

🌱But this way of eating?
This is one of the biggest things I attribute to how quickly I bounce back when feeling ā€œunder the weatherā€.

I’m not just feeding my body… I’m charging it.

When you eat this way, you areā¬‡ļø

You’re not just eating food…….you’re influencing your frequency.

A big, nutrient-dense bowl of organic carrot ribbons, homegrown broccoli sprouts, clover sprouts, radish sprouts, alfalfa sprouts, chopped purple cabbage, and cilantro topped with organic edamame, fresh lemon juice, a little melted cold-pressed coconut oil, sea salt, and h**p seeds.

🌱Simple.
🌱Alive.
🌱Intentional.

This is the kind of food that feeds your cells and fuels your field.

I’m testing out a new PEMF frequency device and you know I had to feel into it before I say anything about it.

Your body is not just physical.

It’s electrical.
It’s vibrational.
It’s responsive.

And when you really sit with that, not as a concept, but as a lived awareness……you start to realize how much your state matters.

āš”ļøEvery cell in your body carries charge.
āš”ļøEvery system in your body communicates through frequency.

So when we talk about ā€œhealing,ā€ we’re not just talking about fixing something that’s broken

šŸŒ€We’re talking about restoring coherence.
šŸŒ€We’re talking about bringing the body back into harmony with itself.

That’s where tools like PEMF and terahertz frequencies come in.

Not as the source of your power, but as a support to what already exists within you.

What I’m noticing so far is my system is being invited into a deeper level of regulation and flow.

Because when your body is coherent…

What if your body isn’t broken?

What if what you’re experiencing is actually communication… biofeedback from your body?

Most people think low energy, cravings, emotional overwhelm, feeling ā€œoffā€ā€¦ means something is wrong with them.

But what if that’s not it at all?

šŸ—£ļøWhat if that is your body speaking.
šŸ—£ļøYour energy field communicating.
šŸ—£ļøYour cellular structures giving you feedback… asking for deeper, sacred support.

Because everything in your body operates on a frequency.

And when those frequencies are misaligned, out of sync, or distorted… you feel it.

It can look like emotional eating.
Low energy.
Brain fog.
Mood outbursts.
Aches.
That subtle (or loud) feeling of being ā€œoff.ā€

That’s not failure.
That’s feedback.

It’s your system letting you know there’s a frequency ā€œissueā€.

And when you begin to support your body at the energetic level… things start to shift.

ā¤ļøYou feel more energy.
ā¤ļøMore calm.
ā¤ļøMore clarity.
ā¤ļøMore homeostasis.

We don’t need to force the body.
We need to support the body.

This morning……sitting outside on the ground in the morning sunshine……letting the morning light hit my eyes. It was so quiet… just the birds chirping, nothing asking for my attention. I had my green smoothie in hand and just sat. Not doing, not thinking, just being.

I stayed out there for about 30 minutes before coming inside to move into my morning practices, client work, session notes, and emails. And honestly… it just felt really, really good.

This is my favorite rhythm.

When the weather starts to shift, everything coming back to life, the greens returning… this is where I start each day.

It grounds me.
It centers my energy.
It helps me drop in and actually calibrate my frequency before the day begins.

Sometimes more morning sits outside includeā¬‡ļø
– quiet prayer time
– eyes closed in stillness or meditation
– slow, intentional movement
– a green smoothie (like today)
– warm lemon water
– a cup of cacao
– a homemade morning latte

There’s no rigid structure to what or how I do it… just presence, devotion, and intuition.

And that’s the thing……it doesn’t have to be complicated to be powerful.

Just stepping outside.
Just breathing.
Just letting yourself arrive in your body before the world asks anything of you.

That alone can shift everything.

So when you work with me, it’s not just a session. There is a lot that goes into it. (Why? Bc I LOVE this work and helping others!)

One of those pieces is a session note write-up, along with an integration PDF.

This is usually anywhere from 15 to 20 pages long, depending on what came through and what I feel needs to be notated, witnessed, and supported for you.

This is part of the experience too. You’re not just receiving a session and then being left to figure it all out on your own. You’re receiving a supportive guide to walk with you.

Along with that, you’ll also receive any guided meditations and/or shamanic journeys that I have already recorded, or that I will specifically record for you……based on what came up in your session and what I feel will best support your integration process and embodiment.

Why?
Because this work doesn’t end when the session ends.

It continues in how you move with what was brought up.
