Quick, little snack before the little one and I head off to the pool.

Half an avocado with pink Himalayan salt + a teaspoon of raw pumpkin seeds.

Healthy fats are NOT the enemy.

Women NEED fats for hormone production, brain function, cellular health, nervous system regulation, and sustained energy.

Avocado is rich in healthy monounsaturated fats that support hormones, blood sugar balance, satiety, skin health, and brain function. It’s grounding, mineral-rich, and deeply nourishing to the body.

Pumpkin seeds are tiny mineral powerhouses full of magnesium, zinc, iron, healthy fats, and supportive nutrients for women’s hormonal health, stress resilience, energy, mood, and recovery.

Pink Himalayan salt helps replenish trace minerals while also supporting hydration and adrenal function.

But beyond the physical benefits there is something deeply healing about learning to trust nourishing yourself instead of trying to ā€œbe smallerā€.

To stop fearing foods that actually stabilize you.

To stop viewing eating through punishment, control, or scarcity.

To allow your body to receive. Nourishment is energetic too.

Foods rich in minerals, healthy fats, and life force carry grounding energy. They help bring women back into their bodies, back into safety, back into regulation, and back into the body with presence.

Your body is not asking for less. Most women’s bodies are asking for deeper nourishment.

And sometimes healing starts with something as simple as slowing down long enough to truly feed yourself deeply nourishing foods that your body actually knows how to process, assimilate, and use.

Take what resonates and leave the rest.

There is something so sacred about sitting with cacao every single day.

Working with Mama Cacao has unraveled so many layers within me that I didn’t even fully realize I was still carrying.

Layers tied to comparison, sisterhood wounds, looking around at what everyone else was creating, wondering if I was enough, and measuring myself against other women’s expressions, businesses, voices, gifts, or paths.

And the wild thing is… cacao never met me with shame around any of it.

She simply helped me see it…..gently, honestly, and lovingly.

Through sitting with this medicine consistently, day after day, I began noticing how much energy was leaking into comparison, hypervigilance, proving, and subconscious contraction. And little by little, those layers started dissolving.

Not because I forced them to, not because I ā€œhealed fast.ā€ā€¦ā€¦but because I finally created space to actually sit with myself.

To hear myself, to feel myself, and to reconnect to my own frequency underneath all the noise.

And when I say I feel free…..I mean deeply free.

Far removed from the energetics of comparison.

Far removed from obsessing over what everyone else is doing.

Far removed from needing to shape-shift, compete, or constantly look outside of myself for validation or direction.

I feel rooted in who I am, anchored in my own medicine, and grounded in my own voice.

Cacao is less of a ā€œdrinkā€ for me and more of a sacred mirror.

A daily ritual that brings me back into my body, back into truth, back into softness, back into God, back into the deepest parts of myself.

There’s something profoundly healing about meeting yourself consistently in this way.

Not to become someone else, but to remember who you already are.

ā˜•ļøDo you drink Cacao?

ā˜•ļøHow has it moved through you as you say with it?

05/27/2026

Lately, I’ve just been feeling so deeply connected to myself.

To who I am, to my authenticity, and to the way I’m meant to show up and share in this world.

And honestly… it feels really freeing.

I’ve noticed how unattached I’ve become to comparison, envy, or feeling like I need to make myself more palatable for people to understand me.

I’m not here to fit into someone else’s mold.
I’m not here to dilute myself.
I’m not here to constantly monitor what everyone else is doing.

Go do you, Truly.
I love that for people.

But I’ve realized that my work, my voice, my medicine, and the way I share were never meant to look like anyone else’s. (And honestly, never have)

I’m simply here to share, to shine, to create, to speak, and to offer what flows through me in the ways that feel true and alive for me.

And the more I listen to that… the more anchored I feel in myself.

This morning I’m sitting here with my cup of cacao, and these moments have become such sacred communion for me lately.

I sit with it slowly and say a prayer.
I move through the elements and throughthe directions of the medicine wheel.
I listen to cacao music and just allow myself to fully drop in.

And every single time, I can feel myself returning home to myself.

My heart opens, my body softens.

I feel grounded, anchored, open, and connected.

I feel the reciprocity of life moving through me again.

The giving and the receiving.

The abundance that naturally flows when we stop trying so hard to become someone and simply allow ourselves to be.

And I don’t share these moments, these pictures, these rituals, or the things I speak about to position myself as anything.

I’m not trying to gain something from you, ever.

I genuinely just want people to remember the beauty, radiance, magnetism, and wholeness that already exists within them.

Because this journey isn’t about becoming somebody.

It’s about unbecoming all the layers placed on top of who you truly are and returning back to the soul essence of self.

That’s how I’ve always taught and it’s how I’ll continue to teach, share, support, and walk beside others.

So cheers to another beautiful day of being alive.

To opening our eyes this morning, to breath in our lungs, to clean air, to food on the table, a roof over our heads, the warmth of sunlight, the gift of being a free thinker, and the gift of being here.

I hope you have a beautiful rest of your day.

Hugs,
Nichol

I truly believe we are being invited to rewrite the entire narrative around midlife.

Not as decline, disappearance, and becoming less desirable, less vibrant, less alive.

But as remembrance, returning, and initiation into deeper power, deeper embodiment, deeper truth.

I think so many women have been conditioned to fear this season of life.

To fear aging, to fear changing bodies, to fear hormones shifting, to fear taking up space, and to fear no longer being ā€œchosenā€ by the outside world.

But what if midlife was never meant to be the end of your vitality?

What if it was actually the beginning of your liberation?

The women I see awakening in midlife are becoming more magnetic, not less.

More authentic, more grounded, more connected to their bodies, more intuitive, more deeply nourished, and more unapologetic in who they are.

This season asks us to stop abandoning ourselves.

To regulate our nervous system, to nourish our bodies differently, to heal what we’ve been carrying for decades, to reconnect to pleasure, softness, sensuality, creativity, and truth, and to stop performing and finally come home to ourselves.

Your body is not failing you.

Your body is asking for a new level of support, devotion, listening, and connection.

And no, I will not subscribe to the narrative that women are meant to fade in midlife.

I believe women can become more radiant l, powerful, beautiful, and ALIVE here.

I know that’s been true for me. At 44, I feel more myself than I ever have before.

Not because life is perfect.

But because I stopped trying to fit into fear-based narratives about what women are supposed to become as they age.

Midlife is not the ending.

For many women, it is finally the beginning.

If you desire more on this topic, I have a series on my podcast (Soulfully Awakened) on midlife. It’s called the ā€œRadiantly Agingā€ series. (Link in bio to my podcast)

Before the client sessions, before errands, before momma duties starts moving fast, and before notifications and the noise and the responsibilities of the day begin pulling at my energy.

These are the anchor points I return to every single morning with consistency, intentionality, and devotion.

Not from a place of perfection and not because I think you ā€œhaveā€ to do these things to have a regulated nervous system, abundance, healing, or success.

But because these practices genuinely make me feel good.

They ground me, attune back into myself, my body, my frequency, my spirit, and the energy I want to embody and cultivate within my home.

Some mornings I add different things in depending on the season I’m in or what my body is asking for…but these are the consistent anchor points that help set the tone and energy for my day.

And I think that’s what’s important……choosing practices that actually feel supportive to YOU.

Not forcing yourself into someone else’s rigid routine, not overwhelming your nervous system trying to ā€œoptimizeā€ every second of your life, and not creating more stress in the name of healing.

You get to be the decider, the artist, AND the curator of your own life.

You get to play with rituals, rhythms, practices, devotion, movement, prayer, stillness, nourishment, music, grounding, sunlight, breathwork, journaling, or whatever genuinely helps you feel connected and alive.

And when choosing these things, I always come back to a few questionsā¬‡ļø

šŸ’•Does this feel good to my nervous system?
šŸ’•Does this feel good in my body?
šŸ’•Does this feel aligned with who I truly am?
šŸ’•And does this create more peace… rather than more overwhelm?

Let it be simple, intentional, and devotional.

That’s the energy I choose to build my life from.

What are some of your morning rituals that serve as anchor points for you and your home?

Nichol

Your energy is sacred.
Your body is sacred.
Your nervous system is sacred.

And so much of ā€œhealingā€ is not always about adding more.
Sometimes it is about finally honoring what your body, soul, and energy have already been trying to tell you.

Stop sitting in rooms where your spirit contracts.
Stop normalizing relationships that leave you feeling heavy, drained, dysregulated, unseen, or exhausted afterward.

Stop surrounding yourself with people who bond through gossip, complaining, judgment, and tearing others down. That energy does not just stay in conversation. You feel it in your body. Your cells feel it. Your nervous system feels it.

Stop forcing yourself into environments that disconnect you from yourself just to belong.

Stop eating foods your body keeps whispering no to.
Your body is intelligent. Symptoms are communication. Bloating, exhaustion, inflammation, brain fog, heaviness… your body is not betraying you. It is speaking.

Stop abandoning yourself to fit trends, expectations, aesthetics, or who you think you are supposed to be. Wear what makes you feel alive. Soft. Beautiful. Powerful. Comfortable. Embodied.

And stop saying yes when your body is begging for a no.

Your ā€œnoā€ is sacred medicine too.
Your boundaries are energetic hygiene.
Your peace is part of your wellness.

This is self-glow.
Not perfection, performance, or becoming someone else.

It is returning to yourself so deeply that your body, energy, and soul finally begin to soften and shine again.

Take what resonates and leave the rest.

There is this really quiet way I see so many women carrying things in midlife.

This fear that somehow desire faded.
That sensuality dimmed.
That aliveness belonged to a younger version of themselves.

But I genuinely do not believe women lose their sensuality in midlife.

I think many women have simply lost access to it underneath the layers of stress, survival, depletion, nervous system dysregulation, overgiving, self-abandonment, exhaustion, and constantly living in performance mode.

Because desire is not just sexual.
Desire is life force.

It is your ability to feel connected to yourself.

To feel beauty, pleasure, presence, curiosity, joy, connection, and aliveness.

And a body stuck in survival cannot fully open to pleasure because it is too busy protecting itself.

This is why I believe midlife sensuality is not about trying harder to ā€œfeel something.ā€

It is about creating safety within the body again.

It is about slowing down enough to actually hear yourself, feel yourself, connect to self, and to yourself.

And honestly… I think midlife sensuality is deeper than anything that came before it.

Less performance, less proving, less urgency, and less pretending.

And more truth, discernment embodiment, sovereignty, and more honesty around what genuinely nourishes you.

This newest Radiant Midlife Podcast episode is such a tender, honest, deeply human conversation around desire, nervous system safety, sensuality, rest, embodiment, and what it really means to feel alive again as women move through midlife.

Not from force, performance, or external validation. But from reconnection, safety, and coming back home to yourself.

And maybe that is what so many women are actually craving.

Not to become younger again…but to feel alive inside themselves again.

Hello, Babes!

Posting these slides here too because this conversation feels really important. (Def swipe through and read each one. They’re packed with wisdom, truth, and empowering info).

Your metabolic function impacts so much more than just weight. It impacts your energy, hormones, digestion, mood, sleep, nervous system regulation, cravings, vitality, libido, inflammation, and the way your body communicates and responds internally.

So much of supporting your metabolism starts with simple, foundational things that are often low-cost or completely free.

Things like sunlight, mineral support, hydration, nourishment, blood sugar balance, sleep, grounding, movement, strength training, nervous system safety, stress reduction, circadian rhythm support, eating enough, and learning how to work with your body instead of against it.

The biggest thing? Devoted consistency.

Not perfection, extreme protocols, and certainly not fear-based wellness.

Just consistently showing up for your body day after day.

I always encourage people to commit to these foundational shifts for 30–60 days and truly observe their own body.

Pay attention to your energy, digestion, mood, sleep, metabolism, cravings, hormones, recovery, and overall sense of vitality. Your body gives feedback when it feels supported.

And honestly, even as someone who deeply loves and works with the more ā€œwooā€ side of healing……energy work, quantum healing, nervous system work, shamanic practices, intuition, emotional healing, subconscious work, Akashic records, womb work, and deeper root-cause exploration …..,.I still believe these foundational pieces matter deeply.

In my opinion, these foundations should almost always come first. Because sometimes the body is simply asking for safety, nourishment, minerals, rest, sunlight, movement, and regulation before anything more complex.

Then…..if you’ve been consistently supporting your body in these ways and still feel like there’s another layer to explore, that’s when going deeper into energetic, emotional, spiritual, or root-level healing work can become incredibly supportive.

Sometimes the foundations are the medicine.

I share these bits of wisdom with you because they WORK. I’ve seen it in my own life as well as those I’ve had the pleasure to mentor/coach.

Take what resonates and leave the rest.

05/19/2026

Fixing your metabolic function and metabolic signaling is one of the most important things you can do for your health, energy, hormones, mood, vitality, libido, nervous system, and overall well-being.

And honestly… this is why I talk so much about the ā€œsimpleā€ things.

Not because they’re trendy, not because wellness culture made them popular…..BUT because these are the things that actually create safety, signaling, and support within the body.

Your body is constantly receiving information in forms ofā¬‡ļø

🌿Light
🌿Stress
🌿Movement
🌿Minerals
🌿Food
🌿Rest
🌿Nature
🌿Breath
🌿Thoughts
🌿Connection
🌿Overstimulation
🌿Safety

All of these things are signals.

And your metabolism is not just about weight. It is your body’s ability to create and use energy efficiently.

It impactsā¬‡ļøā¬‡ļøā¬‡ļø
• hormone production
• nervous system regulation
• thyroid function
• blood sugar stability
• libido
• digestion
• inflammation
• sleep
• fertility
• recovery
• mental clarity
• cellular energy

This is why I focus so heavily on foundational metabolic support first.

Things you always hear me yapping aboutā¬‡ļø

ā˜€ļøMorning sunlight
šŸŒ…Circadian rhythm support
🌳Getting outside
šŸŒ…Watching sunsets
šŸŒŽGrounding and earthing
šŸ’§Mineralization.
šŸ’¦Hydration
šŸ„—Nourishing foods
šŸš¶šŸ»ā€ā™€ļøWalking
šŸ‹šŸ»ā€ā™€ļøStrength training
šŸ§˜šŸ»ā€ā™€ļøReducing chronic stress
😌Supporting the nervous system.
ā¤ļøCreating safety in the body

These things matter deeply…..And the beautiful thing is…most of these are free.

You do not always need another restrictive protocol, another supplement stack, another cleanse, another biohack, or another fear-based wellness rule.

Sometimes your body is simply asking for better inputs.

Better signaling, more safety, more nourishment, more regulation, and more DEVOTED consistency.

And then ……once those foundations are in place….if symptoms are still present, that’s when deeper root work can become incredibly supportive.

That’s when working with someone who can help you uncover what you cannot yet see becomes powerful. (Hi, that’s mešŸ™‹šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø)

But foundational metabolic function matters first.

Because a dysregulated, depleted, or stressed system will struggle to heal no matter how advanced the protocol is.

ā¤ļøWomen deserve to understand this.

ā¤ļøWomen deserve access to this information.

ā¤ļøWomen deserve to feel empowered in their bodies again.

Hugs,
Nichol
