Long Distance Reiki is a method of channeling Divine Reiki Light from one place to another through time and space. It is something we learn traditionally as Reiki Students in level two of our training. As a Reiki student this technique teaches us that Reiki healing Light knows no time or space. This may be difficult for some to understand but a long distance session channeled by an experienced Reiki Master or even Practitioner can be as healing and as profound as an in person Reiki session. To get the highest benefit from this service the recipient or client should make an appointment for the session and then simply relax in their own home. I always instruct my clients to turn off all electronics and sit quietly in an area where they won't be disturbed. Maybe the best way to understand this part of Reiki is to experience it. What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese word. Rei the first part of the word translates as Higher or Universal Energy. Ki is the Japanese word for vital life force Energy. To channel Reiki is to commune and or connect your own vital life force Energy with the Divine … with the Divnie Infinite Creator. When a Reiki Practitioner is channeling this Energy for self- healing or healing others… they are only the vessel, the channel, or the instrument for this High Dimensional Energy. In order to channel this Energy in a profound way the Reiki Practitioner must daily clear and empower their Energy field. This daily practice over time will lead to a higher vibration and in accordance with Reiki Practitioner’s intension much opportunity for spiritual growth. I teach Reiki as a method of bringing Inner Peace and spiritual growth to the student. It is the most High Dimensional method to attain spiritual growth, I know.

This is what is called Kirlian photography. It is an image of the tip of a human finger. It is believed that the phenomenon of Light around the image is depicting the Life Force Energy of the human being. I would call this the Aura. The Aura is the electromagnetic field of Energy that extends around the human body. It is our Life Force Energy. This Energy animates us and continues to exist after the body dies.

The Anatomy of a Reiki Attunement: There are some Reiki teachers that preach detoxification and that an attunement must contain many laborious parts. This is not the Reiki way. Reiki is a High dimensional Energy that emanates from the Creator source. This Energy dwells within you… you are this Energy. An attunement simply connects both sources of Divine Energy. The attunement does not provide you with anything new… it simply attunes your connection. If the Reiki master is capable of channeling high vibrational Energy the attunement will be a profound but simple process. It is then up to the student to maintain and improve this vibrational state. To say that an attunement take days and requires detoxification is incorrect and not the original Reiki way. If the attunement is completed correctly ...physical detoxification should not happen at all. The mind may experience some adjustment to the new vibration but if the attunement is performed by a high vibrational Reiki master you should receive no distress and your connection to Reiki should be immediate and profound.

We are not a bag of bones... we are Energy, Soul, we are Light. Our moods and our thoughts effect our body as it is Light too. A denser Light but Light just the same. Your moods and emotions effect your body very powerfully. If you are often angry or frustrated or sad your Light can become blocked and cause dis-ease in the physical body.
