Just wrapped up an incredible weekend retreat in Oregon with . A few days of movement, self-care, clean eating, horseback riding, stargazing, and breath work in that fresh mountain air was exactly what my soul needed! ✨

The highlight? Stepping out of my comfort zone and doing my very first cold plunge 🧊talk about feeling ALIVE! I left feeling lighter, more energized, and deeply grateful for this reset.

Sometimes the best growth happens when you’re willing to take the plunge. 🙏🏾
