Perfectionism. Mom guilt. Always putting everyone else first.

Sometimes healing looks like stretching, breathing, and letting your body slow down for a moment.

Taking care of yourself doesn’t take away from your family,
it helps you show up for them with a regulated nervous system.

✨ If you’re a mom learning how to care for yourself too, you’re in the right place.

Follow for real conversations about trauma, healing, and motherhood.

Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you.

It’s about understanding the patterns, experiences, and nervous system responses that shaped you.

When that happens, real change becomes possible.

If you’ve been thinking about starting therapy, this might be your sign.

You can show up.
Do your job.
Smile.
Take care of everyone else.

And still be doing the work of healing behind the scenes.

Both things can be true.

The world feels heavy right now.
And while we can’t control everything happening around us…
we can learn how to regulate what’s happening inside us.

Regulation isn’t avoidance.
It’s resilience.

Your nervous system was never meant to live in survival mode 24/7. 🤍

Need a quick way to regulate? Check out Haptix Labs wearables➡️Link in bio!

Healing isn’t only cognitive, it’s embodied.
When the body moves, the nervous system follows.
This is your reminder to listen to your body today 🤍🌿

Holding space for the heavy stuff takes skill…and a little confidence.

If you’re ready to work through anxiety with a therapist who’s grounded, human, and just the right amount of sassy, I’ve got you. 🫶🏼✨

S/N: 👀 the many tabs? That's how my brain works 😜

Seriously, this career is so darn bitter sweet! 🌿

Witnessing your strength never gets old. And I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

If you’re ready to have someone witness your growth, I’m here. 🤍

Jump board Pilates ➡️ sauna ➡️ immediate existential reflection.

Sometimes regulation looks like rest.
Sometimes it looks like staying when your nervous system wants to tap out.

This is what building capacity feels like...uncomfortable, sweaty, honest. And it’s exactly how healing works in therapy too.

I don’t ask clients to do anything I’m not willing to practice myself. Showing up authentically matters 🫶🏼

If you’re learning how to tolerate discomfort without abandoning yourself, you’re doing the work.

Healthy relationships aren’t about liking all the same things...
they’re about joining each other’s worlds, even the silly ones.

Communication. Compromise. Emotional flexibility.
(Yes… this counts as therapy-approved.)

Nothing like that moment when a client rechecks their target and says… “It’s a zero.” 😌✨

Cue the quiet therapist celebration:
☕ coffee sip
💃🏽 happy dance
🧠 nervous system doing its thing

This is why I love trauma work.
Healing is real, and it’s powerful when you have the right support.

If you’re ready to do the work and feel the relief, I’d be honored to walk with you 🫶🏼 DM “EMDR”
