Mondays have a way of making us feel like we’re starting at zero. Like we have to "earn" our right to feel good by checking off a massive to-do list or proving how productive we can be.
But here’s a truth we stand by: You’re enough even if the Wi-Fi goes out and you get absolutely nothing done today. Mental clarity starts when you stop treating your well-being like a reward you have to work for. This week, try to move from a place of "proving" to a place of just being. It makes the heavy lifting a whole lot lighter.
