Disability Helpers

Disability Helpers Or approach is unrelenting, our care is restorative, our motivation is you Whatever your disappointment is, DisabilityHelpers understands.

Maybe you're disappointed because your medical condition doesn't allow you to work and contribute like you used to. Maybe you're disappointed by the lack of progress or denial of the claim you already filed. Perhaps you're disappointed that deductions from your life-long earnings might not cover you when you need it most. Or maybe you're disappointed because you're just too overwhelmed to take on the Social Security Administration and its intimidating bureaucracy. And we're committed to turning disappointments into new hope for you and your family. We're glad you're visiting our site and considering entrusting your case to us. In return, we'll treat your claim, your time and your future with a level of care, skill and respect we'd demand for ourselves or our loved ones. Allowing us to represent you is an honor and a privilege we'd never take lightly. DisabilityHelpers is also committed to assisting underserved and disenfranchised members of the homeless community. We work closely with Community Care Concepts, Inc., a non-profit 501 (3) (c) charitable entity to represent disabled homeless individuals with physical and mental impairments. These are often the toughest cases we encounter, but we passionately provide complimentary representation to them as our contribution to the community we serve.

General information

Although we have an impressive success rate, we can't promise to win every case. But what we can promise is this: DisabilityHelpers will analyze every detail of your evidence, from every angle conceivable, and devise the most effective strategy for the best possible outcome. DisabilityHelpers is particularly skilled at developing cases for initial filing. If you're submitting a claim for the first time, STOP! Consulting professional advice now can save you months--and quite possibly years---of wasted time and frustration. Our team is equally qualified to represent you at the appeals level. Nothing motivates us more than presenting a thorough, well-developed case that effectively reflects your impairments and paints a compelling picture of your debilitating condition.
