This patient of Dr Dobratz is 6 months out from a revision facelift. Her previous facelift, by another surgeon, likely only involved pulling the skin and placing deep sutures. These types of facelifts often result in residual neck bands and jowls, continued drop of the mid face as well as deformities at the earlobes from pulling too much on the skin. All of these can be seen in the preoperative photos. Dr Dobratz performed a revision facelift on this patient with a deep plane technique which allows for significant improvement of the neck line and repositioning of facial volume. Also note the improvement of the earlobes and the fact that they are no longer stretched out onto the face. All of the tension in a deep plane lift is held in the deeper tissues which allows the skin scars to heal without tension and avoid pulling in these areas. She is looking great and thrilled with the improvement!

Changes created with facelift surgery can be both natural and powerful. This patient of Dr. Dobratz is looking great and thrilled with her results after a deep plane facelift with treatment of central neck! Facial contours can be adjusted by adding volume in areas and taking away in others. This patient of Dr Dobratz wanted a more permanent change than fillers provide. She is now 7 months postoperative from cheek implants and buccal fat removal. On the oblique view, notice the higher volume on the cheek bone and the reduction of volume in the lower cheek area. This provides the desired inverted triangle appearance of the lateral cheek.

This patient of Dr Dobratz is looking great 4 months out from septorhinoplasty and facial fat grafting. Scrolling through the photos you can really see the nice improvement in facial volume with the fat grafts. Particularly the quarter view and base view shows the less boxy shape and the appearance of an inverted triangle which gives a natural and more youthful appearance. Her nose is looking great as well with straightening, improved symmetry of nostrils and better profile.
