Spring is near! In Chinese Medicine, Spring is one of the most important seasons because of the major change in weather and environmental energy. There is so much growth happening in and around us!

We often forget how connected with nature and the seasons we are, and that many times when we feel "off" or not well, it can be due to seasonal changes. I am a Licensed Massaged Therapist based in Virginia Beach, VA. Having practiced for over a decade, I specialize in myofascial and trigger point massage.
