🚨LOCATION UPDATE🚨

Sunday July 6th, we will be gathering at Pleasure House Point Park in Virginia Beach, VA for our first Sunrise Hike & Yoga.
This park has beautiful views and sandy paths that are perfect for a sunrise. We will being with a short 1.2 mile hike, followed up by a powerful yoga session led by .

We’re back and ready to continue Moving Forward! Throughout July and August we will be gathering for Sunrise/Sunset Hikes + Yoga. Our first event will be July 6th at First Landing State Park in Virginia Beach, VA.
We’ll be meeting before the heat at 5:15am, bring a water bottle and yoga mat (we will also be providing mats for those without one)
