“Pursuant to HB 933/SB 671, patient registration will no longer be required beginning July 1, 2022. At that time, once a patient receives their written certification form from a registered practitioner, they will be able to shop at Virginia dispensaries.” Virginia NORML
This means, on July 1, 2022, patients will only be required to have a certification letter from a licensed practitioner to enter dispensaries in VA.
