We are delighted to welcome Christina Sanchez, NP, to our care team at Sentara Comprehensive Weight Loss Solutions in Suffolk. As a nurse practitioner, she is dedicated to learning about each of her patients as an individual so that she can better help them meet and maintain their weight and health goals.

This is a great low carb idea!

My co-workers are having a salad luncheon. This is my contribution. Nothing super exciting (lettuce, cheddar cheese, deli ham, deli, Turkey & tomatoes). I’ll have different dressing options as well.
The sky is the limit on what you could add to your salad kabobs!
