Here at Faith Regional, our vision is to provide the people of Northeast Nebraska with the best care possible. Two of our nurses, Megan Sokol, RN and Michaela Lunz, RN, have gone above and beyond to live out that vision by partnering with Tag(UNMC) to transform rural diabetes care & education.

Megan and Michaela have been trained to provide Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support (DSMES) by completing an online course through ADCES (Advanced Diabetes Care and Education Specialists) to become certified health coaches on diabetes.
