House of Esther Organization The House of Esther’s mission is to provide holistic services for homeless mothers, their children Courtney McBath and Rev. Janeen L. McBath in 2001.

The House of Esther Organization is a private, non-profit organization founded by Dr. B. The House of Esther’s mission is to provide holistic services for homeless mothers, their children; and at-risk youth. Our organization is committed to empowering youth and young adults while promoting economic sustainability and independence through education along with technical and vocational training. A vision that began as one home servicing teenage mothers has now expanded to two campuses and a childcare center.

For over 20 years, Lady J has led the House of Esther Organization with unwavering faith, love, and vision. Through every season, she has poured out her heart, time, wisdom, and sacrifice to serve others — transforming the lives of thousands in our community.
Her passion for change and her relentless fight for hope continue to inspire us all. Because of her leadership, countless women and families have found restoration, purpose, and a renewed sense of possibility.

Come out to the Hope Festival tomorrow at Mt Trashmore! 🎉 We will start the day with the 5K run/Walk and kids 100m Dash 🏃🏽 The festival activities will include entertainment from local music artists as well as the national recording artist Major🎶. We are super excited about the HOPE festival coming up. Sunday is about to be jumping! Do you plan on being there? We have some amazing vendors, opportunities to donate to House of Esther Organization, powerful testimonies, music from all genres and did I mention a powerful message from Bishop Courtney McBath.
