Since 1990, we've been helping patients in Norfolk and surrounding areas including Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Hampton, Poquoson, Portsmouth, and more. You'll find us just down the road from Sentara Norfolk General Hospital and Sentara Leigh Hospital.

We make it easy to stay close to your family and friends while you’re recovering, and our skilled team of nurses, therapists, and staff will make you feel right at home. Our rooms are cozy and bright, and our rehabilitation gym is constantly being updated with the most advanced equipment available.

At Norfolk Health & Rehabilitation Center, we’re proud of the exceptional care we provide. We’re also proud to be an active part of the communities we serve. We participate in many local events, charities, and educational programs, including programs at the Medical Careers Institute.
