Say hello to our new intern, Anna!! 👋🏿👋🏻👋🏼 She's searching for new clients but before we get to that, let me tell you about her:

🟡 Anna earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation Therapy at Virginia Wesleyan University, and is currently completing and finishing her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Old Dominion University.

🟡 Her professional background includes work with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds in various settings such as acute psychiatric, outpatient therapy, and assisted living facilities.

🟡 Anna is passionate about supporting others grow and creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment for all individuals to feel heard, seen, and understood.

🟡 In her free time, Anna enjoys playing soccer, running, gardening, and playing with her dog, Maverick.

It's so easy to get consumed by our thoughts. So much so that we think our thoughts are facts about us. But that's SO not true! Our thoughts can come from many influences that aren't of us. We get to choose which ones stay and which should go.

How do we do that? We let them sail away like ships at sea. Good riddance! 👋🏼 Adiós! 👋🏿 Sayonara! 👋🏻
