So if you carry in MI at a place that the government has determined a "no fi****ms allowed" area, and you use it to protect yourself from a violent attack, you will be fined up to $500 and your concealed carry license suspended for 6 months. If you concealed carry in one of these restricted places, your firearm could/would be confiscated. It's always the good guy that gets punished.
