Veterans Day weekend is always a busy one for Our family since we are members of the American Legion in Norman. Yesterday our post received a check from a special Covid fund for updating our building! Today some of us were presented with quilts made from a local group who love their local veterans and Sunday will be the parade! Always a great time with this group!!

For anyone who knows what Boy’s State is, it is that time to get the boys signed up for their interviews! This is an amazing program that teaches boys who have completed their junior year of high school about government by actually setting up a government type scenario with elected officials etc but also so many more fun and exciting things to learn with possible scholarships to be earned! This is not only Oklahoma that has this program. Call your local American Legion post to get more information!

Ok, So when I usually bake something that really sounds good and looks good! Usually the food turns out eatable!!!

Made these Cabbage Cakes for b-fast this morning. Oh My Goodness, they were delicious! I am a lover of cabbage but my husband is not. Well, he ate them and asked if we could have them again! Goals!!!!❤️
