Fun nutrition question: do you eat the whole strawberry, or just the fruit? And why?
Just a reminder: healthy nutrition is NOT about dieting down attempting to reach the most optimal body fat percentage. Healthy nutrition is NOT excluding “bad” foods. Healthy nutrition is NOT about counting your macros.
Healthy nutrition IS about enjoying the behaviors and mindsets that support eating in a manner that honors your lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
It’s not too complicated. By eating enough fruits, vegetables, and proteins on a consistent basis… your amazing body will do the rest.
We encourage everyone to strive for eating at least 5 portions of fruits and vegetables each day. If that’s not happening for you regularly, that’s ok. Send us a message and let’s figure out how to work towards that.
