So this is the reason you need to get your cats spayed! That includes barn cats and cats that are inside not exposed to male cats! PYOMETRA! Pus filled uterus that becomes an emergency that turns that $200 spay into a $2000 spay and causes pain and suffering with possible loss of life! If you cannot afford to get spayed there are many low cost and free services depending on where you live. Don’t be that person that says, “I just want her to have 1 litter”, “she’s not around other cats”, “doesn’t go outside”, “they’re just barn cats or strays”! If you’re feeding them and they’re on your property, be a responsible adult!! There’s my TED Talk for the day, thanks for your attention.

Look at sweet Reba, she is ready for a her new home. Shes still a young girl, only 7 months old. Shes a little shy but will come around once she’s use to her new environment. ADOPTED! Thank you everybody for your help in finding Felix a home!

Felix, the one eye bandit, wants to know if it’s his time for a furever home? His buddies got great homes and he wants a shot as well! He also came from the OKC euthanasia list but is healthy and gets along with other cats as well. He enjoys sitting on a lap or a laptop along with lots of petting! He came to us shy and would run from anyone, now he almost gets in the way for human love and attention. He is fully vetted and ready to share your bed with you! Come meet him and let him show you some fluff love! He is about 3 years old and has been with us as a foster for almost a year from Little Kitten Rescue. Adoption fee $100

UPDATE : ADOPTED !! Yay, we ate so happy for him to have a place to have his own family

!!Hot Pocket is a male neutered rescue from the euthanasia list at OKC. We’ve been working on getting him healthy since 10/17/25 when he came in at 8lbs 10oz. His day has finally come and he is the picture of health today at 12lbs 9oz, yup a 4 lb weight gain! He gets along with the other cats and craves love and attention! He is fully vetted and even has a temperature microchip! Fully cleared and ready for his truly forever home! Adoption fee $100 but worth every dime!! Come meet him and I’m sure you’ll fall in love!

We said goodbye to a good friend today. Sammy came to us several years ago from a client that relinquished him due to his health issues. Our tech, Dava had known him as a friend for even longer. He suddenly started having uncontrollable seizures that were complicating his diabetes as well. He saved many lives over the years, donating blood as part of our health care team. He will truly be missed in many ways but we enjoyed having him in our lives and hope that he knew he was loved by us and our clients. RIP sweet Sammy. 🐈
